美好破曉─喚醒內在神性 Omkaram, Suprabhatam及心輪冥想

“Omkaram”是指複誦二十一次的”OM”──永恆的神性之音。

“Omkaram” means twenty-one times chanting of " Om " – the eternal Divine sound.

"美好破曉"(Suprabhatam,音譯"蘇帕巴壇") 是賽巴巴傳承的神聖廟堂唱頌，為了喚醒內在的神性，以及感謝神在這新的一天引領著我們。

“Suprabhatam” is a holy temple chanting in tradition of Sai Baba for awakening the Divine within and for thanking God for guarding us on the new day.

在"蘇帕巴壇"之後，我們在心中默誦”神是愛”真言作15分鐘的心輪冥想。

After the Suprabhatam we meditate silently for 15 minutes on the mantra “God is Love” in our hearts.
